CAEE Tutoring Program
The CAEE Tutoring Program offers individual and small group tutoring for select 1000 and 2000 level courses. This service is free to all full-time undergraduate students at Virginia Tech during the regular academic year, August through May, when classes are in session.
The CAEE Tutoring Program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) at all three levels. CAEE tutors are selected based on their high academic standing and trained according to CRLA certification guidelines.

Group Tutoring
Available for select on-line Math courses including Math 1015, Math 1016, Math 1525, and Math 1526.
Students who wish help with practice quiz questions MUST bring a clean paper copy of the questions from a completed practice quiz.
Appointments
No appointment or pre-registration is necessary to attend. Students can attend help sessions as needed on a drop-in basis.

provided on an appointment only basis for a variety of courses. Appointment availability varies depending upon the course requested.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please email pmorena@vt.edu or call 231-5499 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A NO-SHOW occurs when a student has a scheduled appointment and, either does not report to CAEE for his/her appointment or does not call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule the appointment. A student who has two no-shows is automatically restricted from making tutoring appointments for two weeks from the time of the no-show appointment.
